Cook the green beans in 6 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, cut the onion.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the ground beef and fry in 3 min.

Mix in the herb paste and add the tomato cubes and coconut milk.

Heat the curry for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon the rice into deep plates and divide the mince korma over it. Serve with the green beans.
