Minced meat with tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and basil
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lean minced beef, proteins (whipped), sugar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ground chilli (mill), beef tomatoes and basil (coarsely cut 4 small twigs).

Knead the mince with the egg white, 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Divide the mixture into 12 equal pieces and shape each into a ball. Place a ball between two pieces of cling film each time and press them out into thin cutlets by hand.

Dissolve the sugar in the balsamic vinegar. Beat the oil and salt to taste, and chilli pepper through it. Cut the tomatoes into 4 slices. Brush them with the balsamic sauce. Spread the minced meat chops with the sauce.

Heat 2 large frying pans and fry the schnitzels in one pan in approx. 3 min. Brown and cooked on both sides. In the other pan, saute the tomatoes on a high heat for about 1 min. On each side. Brush them again with the balsamic sauce.

Place 4 plates on the bottom of the tomatoes, sprinkle some basil and put a schnitzel on it. Repeat the layers. Put in a satay stick and garnish with a sprig of basil. Tasty with tagliatelle with pesto.
