Mini-chicken-a-soup with tortilla topped with chicken salad
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken broth (from tablet), lemon, chicken breast strips, spring onion (finely chopped), crema of sundried tomatoes, mayonnaise and tortilla chips.

Bring the stock with the slice of lemon to the boil. Place the chicken strips in the stock and let them cook for about 5 minutes against the boil.

Spoon half of the chicken from the broth onto a plate and allow the chicken to cool out.

Mix the cooled chicken strips with half of the spring onion, the crema of tomato, the mayonnaise and pepper to taste. Spoon the salad on the tortilla chips.

Bring the soup to the boil with the rest of the spring onions.

Season the soup with salt and pepper and spoon the soup into 4 heat-resistant cups or glasses. Put everything together on a nice scale and serve immediately.
