Savory pancake with herring and cucumber

Ingredients
- 200 gram multigrain pancake mix business suit
- 400 milliliters milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon liquid baking product
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Apple juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- Cucumber crops
- 1 salted herring
- 25 gram mixed salad
- 25 gram arugula
- 25 gram lamb's lettuce
- Tablespoon chives shredded
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Make the pancake mix according to the instructions on the package with the milk, the egg and a pinch of salt.

Bake 4 thick crispy pancakes in a frying pan with non-stick coating and some butter. Let the pancakes cool down.

Stir in the mayonnaise with the yoghurt and fruit juice and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the flesh into thin slices and cut the herring into thin strips.

Mix the herring and cucumber with the sauce.

Put a pile of lettuce on each pancake and divide the herring salad over it.

Sprinkle with chives and pepper and eat immediately.
