Mini gambas with garlic

Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut the pepper into strips.

Heat the olive oil in a gourmet pan and put the prawns in it.

Divide the slices of garlic and the strips of red pepper in between.

Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Bake until the prawns color.

Turn the prawns and fry for half a minute.

Pour in the wine and let the moisture evaporate.
-
Spoon the king prawns with garlic, red pepper and baking liquid on a plate.

Tip: Delicious with baguette.
