Mini oven dishes with tuna
Tuna from the oven with red pepper, cheddar, fresh spinach and mashed potatoes

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Drain the tuna and collect the oil.

Cut the stalk of the pepper and halve in length. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh fine. Grate the cheese.

Cut the spinach coarsely. Heat 2 tbsp of the tuna oil in a wok. Fruit half of the pepper for 1 min.

Add the spinach in parts and allow to shrink. Transfer to a sieve and press out the moisture.

Mix the spinach with the puree and spread over the oven dishes. Divide the tuna over it. Carefully break an egg and sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven until the proteins have solidified. Sprinkle with the rest of the red pepper and serve.
