Japanese chicken skewers with bok choy
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white quick-cooking rice, ginger syrup, light soy sauce, medium dry sherry, chicken fillet (diced), bok choy, oil and spring onions (in rings).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Put plenty of water with salt to the boil.

In stir-fry marinade stirring of ginger syrup, soy sauce and sherry.

Mix in chicken.

Cut the pastry sheet roughly, cut the stem part into wide strips.

Wash paksoi.

Puff chicken from marinade onto satésticks and sprinkle with pepper.

In the meantime cook the pasta pen for 3-4 minutes, cook the last min.

Marinade (in microwave) briefly heat and stir in the spring onions.

Divide paksoi on plates, put the satay on it and pour sauce over it.
