Japanese chicken skewers with bok choy
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white quick-cooking rice, ginger syrup, light soy sauce, medium dry sherry, chicken fillet (diced), bok choy, oil and spring onions (in rings).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Put plenty of water with salt to the boil.
