Mini-vegetable filled with ginger cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: cream cheese, Australian Stem Ginger (pot of 240 g), cherry tomatoes (box of 250 g), mini peppers (bag of 3 pieces) and cucumber.

Rub cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of ginger syrup (from pot).

Ginger finely chop and mix with cheese.

To wash.

Peppers wash, clean and halve by half.

Cucumber and cut into 4 pieces of approx.

4 cm and gently hollow out.

Fill the vegetables with ginger cheese and divide them over four plates.

To serve with stuffed vegetables..
