Fricandeau with artichoke tapenade
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, marinated artichoke hearts ((190 gr), drained), mayonnaise, lemon juice, fricandeau (bag a 95 g) (meat products), lamb's lettuce (bag a 75 gr) and capers.

Puree the artichoke hearts in the food processor or with the hand blender with the mayonnaise and the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

Divide the fricandeau over 4 plates.

Spread a layer of artichoke puree on it.

Garnish with the lamb's lettuce, the capers and (freshly ground) pepper..
