Directions

Stir in a dressing of the oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Divide the lettuce over the plates and sprinkle the dressing over it.

Stir in a sauce of the crème fraîche, grated horseradish, pepper and salt.

Heat the salmon steaks if necessary and place in the middle of the lettuce. Spoon the sauce over it.
