Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat the whipped cream in a (stalk) pan.

Squeeze the leaves of gelatine and dissolve them in the cream. Add the sugar and coffee powder and stir well.

Allow to cool and spread the mixture over small glasses. Allow to cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator until the puddots are firm.

Sprinkle before serving with the nuts, chocolate curls and pomegranate seeds.
