Melt the butter. Not too hot, only melt. Add the cocoa and sugar. Take the pan off the fire for this.

Add the fruit and broken cookies. Mix everything together well.

Cover the mold with aluminum foil and pour the chocolate mixture into the mold. Press the mixture well. Place the mold in the refrigerator and let it stiffen for about 2 hours.

Melt the chocolate. This can be done in the microwave or in a bowl with hot water (au bain marie). Pour the melted chocolate over the cake and spread well.
