Directions

  1. Prepare the pancake batter according to the instructions on the packaging with the milk and the egg and add the raisins at the last moment.
  2. Heat the frying pan and put the oil in the pan. Using a tablespoon, spoon 6 pieces of batter of approx. 6 cm in the pan and bake for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Turn over after 1-2 minutes and fry the other side until golden brown and done. Place on a plate and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake 6 more pancakes. Divide them over the plates, scoop the fruit puree and sprinkle with the blueberries.
