A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: mushroom melange, butter or margarine, salt, (freshly ground) pepper, whipped cream, Parmesan cheese (freshly grated), rocket salad (75 g) and pain de campagne.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper.

Heat butter in frying pan and fry mushrooms for about 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add whipped cream and heat mixture.

Mushroom mixture in bowl.

Spread cheese over it and melt it under hot grill in about 3 minutes.

Serve bread and bread separately..
