Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Let the dough thaw. Grease the quiche form with oil.

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in the frying pan. Fry the onion and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Allow the moisture to evaporate. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the parsley. Beat the eggs and scoop with the crème fraîche and parsley through the mushrooms.

Line the quiche mold with dough slices and stick in a few places with a fork.

Spoon the mushroom mixture onto the dough. Fry the cake in the middle of oven in approx. 35 min. Until done and golden brown.
