Mushroom ragout
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion, fresh parsley, chestnut mushrooms (`250 g), mushroom melange (` 200 g), butter or margarine, (freshly ground) pepper, herbal stock, semi-dry white wine and creme fraiche (2 dl).

Peel onion and cut very finely.

Parsley finely cut.

Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into pieces.

Heat in hot butter.

Mushrooms stir-fry for about 2 minutes on a high heat.

Onion for approx.

1 minute.

Mash parsley briefly on low heat.

Pepper above it.
-
Top up the bouillon tablet.

Add wine and bring to the boil.

Stir in the crème fraîche.

Slowly let the ragout simmer for approx.

1 minute and leave the bouillon tablet to dry.

Serve with rice and broccoli..
