Mushroom stir-fry dish


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (bag a 1 kg), oil, mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), boobs for nasi goreng (a 100 g), Chinese cabbage (cut into strips), tofu stir-fry spicy spiced (180 g ) and salted peanuts (bag of 250 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package. Collect some rice boiling water, pour the rice.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry on high heat the mushroom stir-fry mix for 5 minutes. Add the Bumbu spice and let it melt. Spoon the Chinese cabbages and the tofu soups and let the cabbage sink in. Add a dash of rice boiling water if it gets too dry. Spoon the rice and stir fry the nasi spiceca. 5 minutes. Sprinkle the salted peanuts over them or serve them separately.
