Mushroom stir-fry dish
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (bag a 1 kg), oil, mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), boobs for nasi goreng (a 100 g), Chinese cabbage (cut into strips), tofu stir-fry spicy spiced (180 g ) and salted peanuts (bag of 250 g).

Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package. Collect some rice boiling water, pour the rice.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry on high heat the mushroom stir-fry mix for 5 minutes. Add the Bumbu spice and let it melt. Spoon the Chinese cabbages and the tofu soups and let the cabbage sink in. Add a dash of rice boiling water if it gets too dry. Spoon the rice and stir fry the nasi spiceca. 5 minutes. Sprinkle the salted peanuts over them or serve them separately.
