Remove the stalks from the mushrooms. Beat a dressing of the oil, the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Brush the mushrooms with the dressing and leave for about 15 minutes.

Place the mushrooms on a plate. Divide the mascarpone over the mushroom cavities.

Sprinkle with the roquefort and garnish with radish. Grind a little pepper.
