Chop the onion coarsely.

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Cut the peppers into small cubes.

Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the onion, mushrooms and peppers for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle with Italian herbs and some salt and pepper.

Fry the mushrooms on a higher heat until nice brown.

Let the moisture evaporate.

Make 6-8 holes between the mushrooms and break the eggs above.

Sprinkle the cheese over it.
