Mussel pan with Italian stir-fry mix, shallot, garlic and beer.

Directions

  1. Rinse the mussels in plenty of cold water. Remove the broken shells and shells that are open. Let the mussels lie in the water for 5 minutes.

  5. Shake the pan regularly, then all the mussels are cooked at the same time. Season the mussels with salt and pepper.
  6. Shake and remove closed shells. Serve the mussels in the pan.
