Mussels with lemon cream
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, lemon, oil, leek rings (a 300 g), fish bouillon tablet, cooking cream (light (250 ml)), mussels (2 kg) and baguette.

Garlic peel and chop.

Squeeze lemon zest and lemon.

Heat oil in large deep pan and fry garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the leek, lemon zest, bouillon tablet and cream and bring to the boil.

Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, wash mussels.

Remove mussels that are far open or broken.

Add mussels with mussels (from mussels) to pan, shovel and cook with lid on pan in 5-8 min.

Add lemon juice and pepper to taste.

Cut bread into strips.

Mussels with leeks on 4 plates.
