Mustard chicken with endive puree


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, breadcrumbs, grated cheese (spicy), chicken fillets (250 g), coarse mustard, butter, mashed potatoes (chilled, 550 g), crème fraîche and ready-to-cook endive (250 g).

Directions

  1. Mix breadcrumbs in deep plate with grated cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread chicken tenderloins with mustard and revolve around breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat butter in frying pan and broil chicken in 8 min.
  4. Brown and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, heat in a microwave mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use.
  6. In pan crème fraîche with endive on soft heat 2 min.
  7. Heat and mix warm mashed potatoes.
  8. Season the puree peel over four plates and put mustard chicken on it..
