Mustard chicken with endive puree
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, breadcrumbs, grated cheese (spicy), chicken fillets (250 g), coarse mustard, butter, mashed potatoes (chilled, 550 g), crème fraîche and ready-to-cook endive (250 g).

Mix breadcrumbs in deep plate with grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Spread chicken tenderloins with mustard and revolve around breadcrumbs.

Heat butter in frying pan and broil chicken in 8 min.

Meanwhile, heat in a microwave mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use.
