Summer potato salad with brie
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tomatoes, brie 60, sunflower oil, baby potatoes (600 g), onion (sliced), green pepper (sliced) and French mustard (pot 250 ml).

To wash.

Cut Brie into slices.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan.

Bake the potatoes for about 12 minutes.

Add onion and paprika and bake for another 3 minutes.

To add and bake for another 2 minutes.

Beat a dressing of the rest of the oil with mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Dressing by creating potato mixture.

Spread salad over four plates and put brie on it..
