Summer potato salad with brie


A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tomatoes, brie 60, sunflower oil, baby potatoes (600 g), onion (sliced), green pepper (sliced) and French mustard (pot 250 ml).

Directions

  1. To wash.
  2. Cut Brie into slices.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan.
  4. Bake the potatoes for about 12 minutes.
  5. Add onion and paprika and bake for another 3 minutes.
  6. To add and bake for another 2 minutes.
  7. Beat a dressing of the rest of the oil with mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Dressing by creating potato mixture.
  9. Spread salad over four plates and put brie on it..
