Directions

  1. Boil the eggs as desired in 6 min., In 7 min. Semi-hard or in 8 min. Hard. Let it frighten under cold running water and peel them.
  2. Heat the plats according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Meanwhile, squeeze out the lime. Cut the avocado half in half, remove the kernel and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
  4. Prepare puree with a fork. Season to taste with the lime juice, the chili flakes and possibly salt.
  5. Cut open the plats. Cover half of the plats with the avocado puree and some watercress. Cover the rest of the plats with the pumpkin spread and some watercress.
  6. Halve the eggs and lay half an egg on each flat.
