Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel the sweet potato and cut into cubes of 1 cm (brunoise). Boil for 4 minutes in water with salt. Drain.

Mix the sweet potato cubes, peas, lentils and corn mix and tomato salad and spread over the oven dishes.

Divide the tortilla chips over it and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake the nacho dishes in the oven for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the spring onion into thin rings. Remove the oven dishes from the oven. Sprinkle with the spring onions and serve with the sour cream.
