Tortellini with pesto spinach
Pasta filled with cheese with tomatoes, spinach, pesto and mozzarella. Nice and easy recipe.

Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and mix with the dressing. Cut the garlic into slices.

Heat the oil in the wok and fruit the garlic. Add the spinach in parts and stir-fry 2 min.

Spoon the pesto and mozzarella through the spinach and serve with the tortellini and tomato salad.
