Nasi goreng, beef stir-fry and spinach
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, brown rice, wok oil (bottle 500 ml), red pepper (chopped), red onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), beef stir-fry (250 g), shiitake ((mushrooms 100 g), in strips), spinach (a 300 g) and eggs.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a stirring fruit, pepper, onion and garlic 3 min. Add the beef stir fry and stir fry 4 min. Season to taste with salt. Add the shiitakes and stir-fry 2 minutes. Scoop out of the wok into a bowl.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same wok. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink to medium heat. In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry 4 fried eggs.

Put the spinach in a sieve and push out the excess moisture with the back of a spoon. Spoon the stir-fry mixture and the spinach through the rice and season with salt and pepper. Serve the fried rice with a fried egg on it.
