Farfalle with tuna-lemon sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, farfalle (pasta, 500 g), lemon (scrubbed), tuna pieces in sunflower oil (a 185 g), courgettes, garlic (squeezed), ricotta (fresh cheese, 250 g), flat parsley ( (20 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Drain the tuna and collect 3 tbsp of oil. Meanwhile cut the zucchini into thin strips.

Heat the tuna oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the zucchini and cook for 3 min. Add the lemon zest and juice, the tuna, ricotta and pepper and salt and turn down the heat. Heat for another 5 minutes.

Scoop the pasta through the sauce. Add the parsley and serve immediately.
