Nasi with white cabbage and a fried egg
Vegetarian nasi with white cabbage, snow peas, leeks, sambal and a fried egg.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the garlic and sambal. Put the coals together with the leek with the garlic. Stir fry 5 min.

Stir the cooked rice with a fork and scoop the vegetables with the sweet soy marinade. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs.

In the meantime, cook the snow peas for 2 minutes. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and let drain. Serve the nasi herbs with the eggs and snow peas.
