New style tiramisu
Tiramisu with lawyer and orange.
In a bowl with the hand mixer, beat the mascarpone, sugar and orange juice lightly for about 3 minutes.
Distribute half of the mascarpone evenly over the bottom of the dish.
Pour the rest of the orange juice into a deep plate. Roll the long fingers through the juice for a few seconds and place them side by side on the mascarpone.
Divide the lawyer over the long fingers. Spoon the remaining mascarpone and smooth it.
Beat the cream half-stiff. Spread the cream evenly over the mascarpone. Let the tiramisu stiffen in the fridge in about 2 hours.
Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
Peel the oranges to the flesh. Cut out the segments between the membranes.
Using a large spoon, scoop the lawyer's tiramisu out of the dish onto the plates and garnish with the orange.
