Niçoise with snow peas and garden peas
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, medium-sized egg, fresh snow peas (cleaned) and deep-frozen garden peas.

Prick a few holes in the bag of the potatoes with the tip of a sharp knife. Place the bag in the microwave for 5 minutes at 750 watts. Let it go for 2 minutes.

Carefully remove the potatoes from the bag and halve in length.

Cook the eggs almost hard in 7 minutes. Scare and peel them.

Boil the snow peas with the garden peas for 3 minutes. Drain in a sieve, rinse cold under running water and drain.

Drain the tuna.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the onion into wafer-thin rings. Put the potatoes, snow peas, peas, tuna, tomatoes and onion in a bowl.

Cut the eggs into wedges and put the olives in the dish. Drizzle with the vinaigrette.
