No bake avocado cheesecake
Avocado, anise, citrus fruit and coconut oil in a delicious no bake cheesecake.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the garnish almonds, sesame seeds and anise seeds for 3 minutes.

Scoop out of the pan into the bowl of the food processor and grind together with the dates.

Line the bottom of the spring form with baking paper.

Cover the bottom evenly with the date-almond mixture and press firmly.

Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel in the bowl of the food processor.

Squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Grate the orange zest of the orange above the bowl.

Add the maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla flavor and puree until smooth.

Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan and add to the avocado mixture.

Spread the mixture over the bottom and smooth. Let stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Yummy! .
