Noodle salad with dragging dressing


Asian recipe; fresh salad of noodles, carrots, cucumber and pineapple in an oriental dressing.

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse cold under running water.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let scare under cold running water. Peel them and halve in length.
  3. Peel the carrot and make ribbons with a peeler. Cut the cucumber into thin strips and chop the shallots.
  4. Let the pineapple drain and collect the juice. Beat a dressing of the juice, the ginger syrup, soy sauce, tarragon and pepper.
  5. Spoon the carrot, cucumber, shallot and pineapple pieces through the dressing.
  6. Mix the noodles through the salad. Serve the salad in deep plates. Put the egg in there. Bon appétit! .
