A delicious indonesian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic, fresh snow peas and medium-sized egg.

Directions

  1. Cut turkey fillet into pieces. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Cleaning snow peas. Cut the spring onions in small rings.
  2. Heat oil in pan and roast turkey, onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add 1 liter of water, stock cubes and snow peas and boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Unscrew eggs with salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil in frying pan and bake omelette. Roll up omelette and cut into slices.
  4. Mie break over soup pan and cook over low heat in 4 minutes. Soup flavors with ketjapmarinadeen sambal.
  5. Fry the spring onion and omelette through soup or put into bowls and add soup. Serve immediately.
