Chicken soup with soy sauce, smoked chicken, vegetables, leek with noodles and cashew nuts.

Directions

  1. Wash the leek and cut into rings.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok. Fry the leeks and wok vegetables for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the base for chicken soup with the water with the vegetables and bring to the boil.
  5. Cook the soup for 3 minutes on low heat. Add the chicken strips, soy sauce and pepper.
  6. Drain the noodles and distribute them over the bowls. Spoon the soup and sprinkle with the cashew nuts.
