Noodle soup with chicken breast slices

Put the bouillon tablets with the water in a large pan. Bring to boil.

In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and the mushrooms into slices. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and then cut into thin slices.

Add the garlic, mushrooms, zucchini and green beans to the stock and cook for 1 min.

Break the noodles and add to the stock. Cook for 4 minutes on low heat. Pull the noodle loose with a fork after 1 min.

Warm the chicken breast for 1 min. Season the soup with the soy sauce and sambal.
