A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: green beans, red peppers, unsalted peanuts, sunflower oil, Quorn chunks (natural 175 g), black pepper sauce (a 100 g), bean sprouts (125 g) and new noodles (a 300 g) .

Directions

  1. Clean green beans and boil water in the bottom for about 4 minutes.
  2. Clean pepper and cut into strips.
  3. Peanut coarsely chop.
  4. Peanuts roasted in a dry wok with a golden brown.
  5. Cool on plate.
  6. Heat in wok oil.
  7. Quorn stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  8. Add green beans and paprika and fry approx.
  9. 2 minutes.
  10. Add the sauce and 2 tablespoons of water and heat for approx.
  11. 2 minutes.
  12. Last minute sprout bean sprouts through vegetable mixture.
  13. Prepare noodles according to instructions.
  14. Mix noodles with vegetable sauce and sprinkle with peanuts.
  15. Delicious with cucumber salad and cassava cracker..
