Noodles with leek and egg
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese egg, mushrooms (250 g), yellow pepper, sunflower oil, sliced leeks (300 g), eggs (M), ham cubes (about 250 g) and boemboe for bahmi goreng (100 g) ).

Boil according to directions for use, drain, rinse with cold water and drain.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Clean pepper and cut into cubes.

Heat in wok oil.

Mushrooms stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add pepper and leeks and fry approx.

3 minutes.

Eat eggs and mix with vegetables.

Continue stirring until egg is solidified.

Add the ham, 50 ml of boiling water and Bumbu spice and stir well.

Mix it carefully with a vegetable egg mixture and cook the noodles while stirring for about 3 minutes.

Tasty with atjar and cucumber..
