Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a stir frying pan, the onion, mushrooms, garlic and red pepper. Scoop this mixture out of the pan.
  3. Add the rest of the oil and stir fry the coals with the soy sauce marinade3-4 minutes.
  4. Roast the peanuts in a dry hot frying pan.
  5. Add the mushroom mixture and the noodle to the cabbage, scoop and heat briefly.
  6. Sprinkle the wok dish with the peanuts and the spring onions.
