Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile cut the portobello's into strips of 1½ cm.

Heat the oil in a wok stir fry the portobello for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the wok sauce and heat for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and carrot julienne and spoon.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a large frying pan and fry the eggs.

Cut the salad onion into rings.

Divide the noodles along with the vegetables over 2 deep plates and divide the fried eggs. Sprinkle with the salad onion.
