A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Chinese noodles (250 g), nasal vegetables (450 g), garlic (pressed), soy sauce, Scottish salmon fillets (in pieces), Oriental stir-fry oil and herb mix for noodles (25 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the stalk of the red pepper from the vegetable package. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper finely. Cut the tomato from the vegetable package into slices and store for garnish.
  3. Mix the garlic with the soy sauce. Marinate the salmon in the soy mixture.
  4. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the red pepper and vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Put the vegetables in the wok on the side. Add the salmon and marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes. Put the noodles through. Garnish with the tomato.
