Noriscones with wasabi-hüttenkäse
Savory scones made from self-rising flour, butter, buttermilk, baking powder, nori- gels, Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds with a dip of cottage cheese and wasabi paste.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Grate the cheese. Cut the nori sheets with scissors into small pieces.
Mix the baking powder and salt with the self-raising flour and work with your fingers quickly through the butter. Mix in the cheese.
Add the buttermilk. Knead briefly into a cohesive dough. Knead the chopped nori quickly into parts.
Dust your hands with some flour and form a thick roll of the dough. Cut into equal portions.
Place the pieces on the cutting edge on a griddle covered with parchment paper and brush the top with some extra buttermilk.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown and done.
Meanwhile, mix the hüttenkäse with the wasabi. Serve the scones with the wasabihüttenkäse.
