Directions

  1. Prepare the bread according to the instructions on the package. Use 2 spring forms instead of a bread tin.
  2. Once the oven is out, cut a thin layer of the top of the loaves so that it is flat. Cut the loaves half way through.
  3. Cut the cucumber into slices. Mix the crayfish with the mayonnaise.
  4. Use the bottom layers of bread for the top and bottom.
  5. Spread all 4 layers of bread with the cream cheese.
  6. Cover the first layer with the smoked salmon. Cover the second layer with the cucumber, but keep 5 slices separate for each cake.
  7. Cover the third layer with ⅔ of the crayfish and the shrimps. Keep 5 prawns separately.
  8. Lay the top layer, with the bottom up, on the bread layers.
  9. Cut the sandwich cake with a bread knife so that the side is tightly rounded. Brush the entire outside of the sandwich cake with the cream cheese.
  10. Form florets from the rest of the smoked salmon.
  11. Decorate half of the top of the pie with the salmon, cucumber, shrimp, the rest of the crayfish and the vegetable sprouts.
