Directions

  1. Bring the granulated sugar to the boil with 3 tablespoons of water and let the sugar roast. Cook the sugar syrup at a low setting into a light brown caramel.
  2. Stir in 100 grams of coarsely chopped walnuts with a wooden spoon from the heat source.
