Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Grind the almonds in the food processor. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. Put the self-raising flour, the ground almonds and the fine granulated sugar in a bowl.
  4. Add the melted butter, salt and vanilla flavor. Knead into a dough ball.
  5. Line the brownie mold with parchment paper and spread the dough in an even layer over the bottom. Bake for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  6. Meanwhile, mix the condensed milk with the nut mix in a bowl.
  7. Take the cake out of the oven and divide the nut mixture over it. Bake for another 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  8. Remove from the oven, cool completely in 2 hours and cut into portions.
