Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Grind the almonds in the food processor. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Put the self-raising flour, the ground almonds and the fine granulated sugar in a bowl.

Add the melted butter, salt and vanilla flavor. Knead into a dough ball.
