Directions

  1. Heat the sugar with 50 ml of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt at medium height until the sugar has melted completely.
  2. Let the sugar mixture bubble gently until a golden brown caramel is formed. Let cool slightly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  4. Stir in the cayenne, paprika and thyme leaves through the caramel.
  5. Mix the caramel with all nuts and seeds and spread over the baking sheet. Roast for 10-12 minutes in the oven.
  6. Let cool and crumble the hard nut caramel into a nut mix for the drink.
