Oatmeal bites
Homemade snack of coconut oil, oatmeal, almonds, almond paste and strawberry jam with a topping of pips.

Clean the lemon. Melt the coconut oil and grate the yellow skin of the lemon.

Put the coconut oil, the lemon zest, the oatmeal, the almonds, the almond paste and a pinch of salt in the food processor and grind to a fine mixture.

Line the shape with baking paper. Divide the mixture over the bottom and press well.

Divide the strawberry jam over it and leave to set in the freezer for about 1½ hours.

Finely chop the rest of the almonds and spread with the mixture of pips over the mixture. Cut into cubes, leave for 10 minutes and serve.
