Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Peel and grate the winter carrot.

In a bowl mix the flour, salt, the baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. In a different bowl, combine the honey, buttermilk, oil and egg until smooth.

Add the honey mixture to the flour mixture and mix well. Carefully stir in the winter carrots, berries and oatmeal.

Put the paper molds in the muffin mold and spread with 2 spoons the batter over it. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Put a skewer in a muffin; if the skewer is clean and dry, then the muffins are cooked. Allow to cool completely in the mold. Yummy! .
