Olive rolls with tzatziki

For the sandwiches, mix the self-raising flour with the yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of salt and knead into a cohesive dough.

Mix in the rosemary and olives, divide into 8 pieces and push into flat rolls of about 10 cm Ø.

Heat a grill pan on a high setting and grill the rolls on both sides until golden brown and crispy in about 5 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and coarse sea salt. Serve the olive rolls with the tzatziki.
