Omelette with Italian herbs
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: eggs, whipped cream, fresh Italian herbs (bag of 20 g), salt, butter or margarine and (freshly ground) pepper.

Unscrew eggs with whipped cream.

Spread herbs from twigs and finely chop.

Season the herbs with egg mixture.

Season with salt.

Melt butter in frying pan, pour in egg mixture and sprinkle with pepper.

Place the lid on the pan and let the omelette cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Roll omelette on large plate and cut into 4 pieces.

Serve with green salad and wholegrain baguette..
